By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the rbaje platform available at rbaje.lat (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. 2.2 Identity Verification. During registration and at any subsequent point, rbaje may require you to provide valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawals, or closure of your account.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. Any account found to contain false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended and any balance therein may be withheld pending investigation and verification.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the rbaje Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is primarily directed at players in Bangladesh. rbaje makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside its intended market. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.

2.5 Single Account. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one rbaje account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using your own identity, an alias, or any other person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rbaje login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by rbaje are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds, and eligible games will be stated in the promotion's terms. Deposited funds are used before bonus funds unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
